NUBE PKP Branch Committee Members Bro T. Eswaran and Bro Arujunan recently conducted a working visit to Maybank Pulau Tikus and CIMB Menara BHL to engage with members and share important updates on workplace safety and the progress of the Collective Agreement (CA).

Key matters highlighted during the visit:

• Encouraging members to participate in NUBE Malaysia’s Occupational Safety and Health (OSHA) Survey, ensuring that members’ voices help shape initiatives to improve workplace safety and health
• The importance of active member participation in strengthening the union’s advocacy for safer and healthier workplaces
• Latest updates on the progress of the Collective Agreement (CA) negotiations

Members were reminded that every response to the OSHA survey contributes to NUBE’s ongoing efforts to identify workplace challenges and advocate for meaningful improvements that benefit banking employees.

Members also reaffirmed their strong support for NUBE’s continued efforts to secure a fair and meaningful Collective Agreement that protects the rights, welfare, and interests of banking workers.
