MTUC/ILO-MRC - BANGLADESH EMBASSY COOPERATION TO PROVIDE GROCERIES TO NEEDY BANGLADESHI WORKERS DUE TO COVID 19 MCO
10th and 11th April 2020. Kuala Lumpur
MTUC continued to pack and delivered groceries to the Bangladeshi workers pursuant to the collaboration between MTUC and the Bangladesh Embassy.
The MTUC MRC Coordinator with the officers with other regular volunteers joined in the distribution.
These two days of Friday and Saturday we were also assisted by the MTUC Division Kuala Lumpur/Selangor Division Hon Secretary Mohd Faisal Hussin and officials of NUBE in the distribution of the groceries. Despite the heat in the last two days the volunteers continued to deliver to the doorstep of the needy workers as directed by the Embassy of Bangladesh.
MTUC wish to thank all volunteers and the Coordinators who assisted to deliver during the two days of 10 and 11 April while 12 April 2020 is a rest day.
